When it says to make 6-9 pancakes from the batter, you should make 6-9. If you make only 3 they get HUGE, really fluffy, and very dry.

That is all.

I laughed so hard, strangers in Centennial came to my computer screen to see what was so funny.

A lesson learned, brother (or sister?). We all make mistakes.

I've never had that problem making big pancakes. If you want big ones, just don't make the batter as thick and they won't get as retardedly fluffy/uncooked in the middle.
