I know it's important, but if this fucks up when Heroes airs I'm gonna be pissed. Already having to deal with missing Chuck. Of course NBC will probably just push everything back. Which is also bullshit.

Funny. When W and the Republicans were in power and were saying "quick, we need to go on PATRIOT/Iraq, no time to debate, no time to think, just trust us" the Democrats (rightly so, IMO) said "hey wait a minute". They later caved, probably because the Republicans bribed them with more pork, but whatever.
Now the tables have turned, and the Democrats are saying "quick, we need to go with this stimulus package, no time to debate, no time to think, just trust us". Hypocrites. All of them.
I used to get upset over it. Now I just sit around waiting for the point when people collectively figure out that the two party candidates are nothing but crooks and will want to boot them out of office themselves.
They're all working for the same thing but people think that they are both somehow different. They aren't.

People asked me why I didn't want to vote in the last election, and my exact reasons were that politicians only care about whats in their own personal checking accounts. Honestly I believe that most of them don't give two shits about what happens to the people of the country as long as they are sipping on fine wine and eating caviar.
The great thing about politics is that the best candidate for president, the individual who could save the nation and make it prosper, will never have enough support to make it past the primaries. You will always be choosing the lesser of two evils.
Most Politicians in my opinions generally care more about the corporations and companies that help them get into office than their actual constituents.
