I downloaded a new .wav file that I'm using in Outlook as my new mail notification sound: the "Mail Motherfucker!" clip from Eurotrip. Unfortunately, the sound itself is rather quiet, so in order to hear the sound very well I have to have my speakers cranked up more than I'd prefer. Any clues as to what easy to use program I can use to edit the .wav file to make it louder?

Thanks.
