I'm looking for an old socket 7 processor that runs somewhere around 200 to 300 mhz so i can finally get my bitchbox up and running. I have everything else... just short the processor and heatsink/fan. make an offer and i'll see if i can't dig up the change, or find something to trade...

You might want to double-check the specs for your motherboard. Early Socket 7 boards couldn't do the 3.3v/2.9v dual voltages required for MMX Pentiums and newer. That said, here's what I've got on hand that I'm willing to part with.

Single Voltage:
- AMD K5 90 (PR100)
- Pentium Overdrive with MMX 200

Dual Voltage:
- Intel Pentium MMX 166
- Intel Pentium MMX 233
- AMD K6 166
- AMD K6 200

i'm not at home at the moment, but...
i believe i have a p2 233, P133, and a k6-2 500, but Castorite is bringing me a socket 7 board today so i can use it.

assuming i have these, $10 P133, $20 P2-233.

i'll respond later tonight after i check.

this board used to run a P1-MMX 200 and a K6-2/333 (which is what i got with the board, but my dad now has that processor). Castorite, how much would you want for the K6-200 *or* the P1-MMX 233? I don't have much, so you might have to consider a trade for something. I have a wireless mouse that I don't use anymore (not optical, but it's a Logitech USB cordless and i could even throw in a set of NiMH rechargeables [AAA sized.]) I also need the HSF, so if you have one of those laying around that'd be good also.

i thank you all for your help, but i found somebody that has an old p-200 and HSF for the right price... just needs to get rid of it.

Glad you found one. I'll still have mine if that deal falls through.
I also meant to say earlier that I'd throw in the heatsink and fan, too.

I'm open to hardware swaps, but it depends on the offer.
