Every time right click on My Computer and go to properties this comes up. Anyone know how to fix this?

Pop up box label says "rundll32.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
The body of the message says: "The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll"

thanks

You should turn your attention to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 832323.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=832323
In case you are jkpq45 and you dont know how to read the Microsoft knowledge base, here is what you need to do.

Restart the computer in safe mode:
To do that Restart your computer, While your computer is starting, repeatedly press the F8 key on your keyboard.
On a computer that is configured to run under multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot menu appears.

When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select an option, and then press ENTER.

When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in blue at the bottom of the screen, select the installation that you want to start, and then press ENTER.

Open My Computer, and then open the C:\Windows\INF folder.
Right-click the sr.inf file, and then click Install.

When the installation process has completed, restart the computer.

If you continue to experience this then reinstall Windows XP SP1a or install the latest Windows XP service pack.

To obtain Windows XP SP1a, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/sp1lang.asp
