Anyone know what this stop error means

Stop: 0X00000050 (0Xf3cb7000, 0X00000001, 0XBF8C1540, 0X00000000)
win32K.sys-address BF8C1540 base at BF800000, Datestamp 3F73195D

I couldnt find much information on the windows web site so any info would be appreciated.

Try a memtest86 run. Let it do as many passes as it can overnight. I've found most BSODs/stop errors are due to RAM doing funny things. A smaller number are due to OC'd CPUs. A even smaller number are the result of drivers not playing along.
