Here's what you do.
Go to Wal-Mart or K-Mart. By a small 8" desk fan. Remove side of case, put fan close, and turn it on. My roommate had some overheating problems (we be thinking power supply) and he did that (has an 1800-something mm case fan :-p) and runs fine.

Most case fans make the same amount of noise. It's the processor fans that are the loud fuckers. My roommate just got a new setup, and with it's 70+ CFM, it sounds like a dust buster on nitro.
