So, buyaib.com has great deals on a lot of shit, but resellerratings.com gives shit-tastic reviews for them. Anyone ever used them for anything before?

i got memory from them. sandra told me that it was just as fast as corsair select...... so yea i like it.....

Did they deliver promptly and have decent communication/customer service?

well the shipping was exactly what they said it would be. i didn't pay for any fast shipping just standard ground.... and the customer service was ok..... but its in california, and if you've ever delt with someone from california, they dont like their job.... but i had to send my memory back and they sent me new memory at no cost and i was over my return period.

i had to send almost every part i bought from them back. hell i sent my monitor back and they argued with me for like 2 months that it wasn't there. finnaly i talked to a manager of some sort, and her response "ohhhhh so thats what this box is!" i got a nifty new orion mon out of that deal, but i say they suck and i wouldn't buy from them again.
