Iv'e accidentally double clicked on someone's computer before. I had no intention of executing the file, but it was too late. Should I get banned for that. I think you should only ban repeat offenders.

Anyway,

Dont worry about it, people really dont care that much.

I only report people whom I've caught streaming a movie at least 5 times in two days. And thats leniet (fuc spellingg) for most people. You can contact the guy and personally apologize if you're that worried. :lol:

My favorite as of late is to send them nasty emails and call them assflutes.

Assflutes, that's a new one.

My word of the day, now!

That's actually one of the first things I tried. Also tried to change the blocking calls ('=') into non-blocking calls ('<='). Even attempted to use a secondary register to indirectly change the output...

Code:
module test(clk);

output clk;

wire clk;
reg a;

assign clk = a;

initial begin
a <= 0;
end

always begin
#5;
a<=1;
#15;
a<=0;
end

endmodule

still no improvement, but thanks for the try.

I was able to introduce delay through a drawn-out method that involves a counter, but that requires more resources and isn't as simple to implement so I would still like guidance concerning the wait/delay operations.
