Everytime I insert an object such as a Excel chart or table into Word, and I try to edit it, Word tells me that it's corrupt or no longer available. I just installed four Office updates, and I think they may be the source of the problem since it's only happened since then. I can't uninstall them. I'm a little retarded around computers. Does anyone know a way to fix this short of reinstalling Office?

Yeah, the only problem I have with MSOffice is their lack of standards and the fact that OfficeXP rubs me the wrong way.

You're still alive? I thought the mix of your ego and incompetence created some sort of null field that obliterated you completely.

It turns out that what was first thought to be incompetence was simply a case of mistaken identity for brilliance. This combined with my ego only made me stronger. I'm back, baby!
