well its quite simple actually, make a new folder, name it something, dump ur files in there, tehn right click on the folder, and click sharing and security.... then enable filesharing if its not.... then share this folder on the network.... what ever for a name, usually the folers name.... then type the ip of the shared compteur onanother one and theres the folder with ur docs.... keep in mind if u ahve windows firewall you might have to take additional stepe to get it to work, but thats the basic way to do it quick and easy

damnit just click the god damn share box in the properties menu. you dont need to put it in the ahared folder.
if it HAD a box that i could just click to do that then i WOULD, under sharing tab oinly possible thing to check would be make this folder private, but its greyed out anyway, i have a local sharing and secuity section under the sharing tab and onyl thing i can click is a shared docs tab, and under that theres a network shareing and security area that has a network setup wizard, which i ran, and didint fix it
EDIT: all i had to do was force it to share the fles by not running the wizard... if you could have just sai that instead of being an anonymous asshole would have been a lot better!
