I just found out that I am going on co-op this spring, and am helping my roommate, koulevprime, look for a sublet. It is currently $535/mo (total) + utilities, and is about a mile off-campus north on Vichy. It is fully furnished, washer/dryer, stove, refridgerator, couches, etc. You'd get a whole bedroom room to yourself, with a fairly large closet. koulevprime currently lives with his boyfriend, so I will put that up-front. It's a nice place, and a short walk to campus, ~10 minutes to get to Havener on foot. Current infestation of one gay couple, but we can be warded off with a spritzer. It's on the first floor of an apartment complex, with a convenient sliding door that leads directly into the living room. Moving in is way too easy. If you were to move in, your share of the rent would be $267.50. Utility costs vary; we usually just split them in half. PM me if you're interested. |
