We will have 2 rooms available to rent in mid-December. One can be rented for as long as you like, the other is a sub-let from a guy going on co-op, he will be back for fall 2011 classes. The house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a common living room and kitchen. There IS a washer/dryer in the house. 2 story white house within sight of campus, 2 blocks from the grotto... Rent is $600/number of people + an equal share of utilities. Utilities include electric, internet, and gas heat.
Currently in the house are 2 girls, 1 dog, and 2 cats. The animals mostly stay downstairs while the open bedrooms are upstairs. We are a fairly laid-back household.
