Okay, so all of a sudden that fucking retarded language toolbar started loading up at the startup on my computer. I didn't download any new updates, I didn't change the startup components in msconfig (although I tried unchecking various ones afterwards) either.

So how the hell do I get rid of it? Because it's really fucking annoying.

As an avid non-QWERTY typist (I can't even type on a qwerty now-adays unless I am looking at it) I have dealt with that in the past on a couple of computers that automatically loaded that toolbar. Go to control panel, regional and language options, languages, text services details, bottom there is a language toolbar button that you can go in and uncheck the radio boxes. Or, instead of that, you can also just disable the second input language or whatever and that will automatically get rid of the language toolbar.

Now if only I could figure out how to get every computer I use on campus to have the dvorak layout. Unfortunately, CIS/UMRIT is gay and you don't really have a roaming profile except to remember your homepage and various internet explorer settings. It doesn't remember your keyboard layout (the only keyboards that will be dvorak for me are computers I have used in the past and changed the layout for) or background settings or any other such thing across different computers.
