WTF does this have to do with uploading? There are like 3 normally, but I notice if someone's downloading from me, another one will spike up. Got one tonight up to like 48mb, but I ended it. Before that, my network usage was around 50-55%, but once I ended it, it bounced around from 40-90%. Any clue what the frell is going on with my shitty piece of shit?

scvhost is Windows XP's wonder-do-it-all program especially with network traffic, so for every upload a new instance of svchost is initiated. This is normal.

svchost.exe is fine, you will always have several instances running, its just part of windows. "svchosts.exe", however, is a virus.
