Are you serious? My comment about Intellivision was referring to the orginal NES gamepad being innovative, which it was not. Just cleverly marketed.

Those controllers are nothing new, things like that have been around for years. The reason you hardly ever see them is because they didn't work too well. Although it might work well for Nintendo, as most of their games are simplistic enough for people not to notice.


Sorry, I misunderstood what "those" was referring to then I guess. Regardless, I hold the INTV controller just like the Revolution controller is held in the video.

on the non-kiddie games, I think Nintendo is moving away from that slowly (while remaining tasteful?). Didn't they make True Crime: LA for the Gamecube with True Crime: NYC on the way?

Thanks for the input on all this, but I guess it's mostly speculation on what the Nintendo might actually do since they don't release too much information. It will be interesting to see what happens in the end.
