We are looking for some HALO action this weekend. We are on the third floor in the RC. If anyone wants to get in on this, just come by, or join in the game.

HALO 1(better) or HALO 2

My non-pro halo but competitive-minded gamer opinion:

In Halo 2, any newbie can get a kill holding the triggers down and pointing. In Halo 1, a newbie would have a very hard time killing a good player since he'd be down in 3-5 pistol shots most of the time.

try playing halo 2 with no shields?

halo 2 really comes down to your ability to evade and how quick on the draw you are, people who dumbly walk into 'nades are always fun. i think halo 2 takes quite a bit of skill, especially without shields on.

No it's not. MLG does the smartest thing possible and starts you off with plasma pistol and BR. But...Halo 2 stin_X for competition. For serious.

More importantly, which one is more fun? I think halo 2 because it has more options and variety, but that's just my n00b opinion...

Yeah, and the pistol is the only weapon anyone ever used in Halo 1, rendering multiplayer effectively useless. Halo 2 introduced variety. A n00b might get a couple of kills, but he won't stand up to an experienced sniper or dual-wielder (plasma pistol and magnum all the way).

Ah its been ages since I've played, what time are you planning on starting at? I couldn't play at all last year since I moved outta TJ, but I look forward to killin you Mex, Vaughn and Co. (sadly not as much as I would like, I know). I'll try to finish drawing pictures in the FE exam ovals as fast as I can and come on over when you start.

I'm gonna say that practically anyone is welcome, but if you're bad...don't waste your time. You won't have fun, seriously. Continue playing XBLive Halo 2. For the rest, see you there...

...it's about damn time 1337 house.

Okay, Halo 1 also has gernades that can be launched across the map, with a bigger blast radius, and are unlimited. Who wouldnt like that. Sadly i suck at all forms of halo, and since i wont have fun, i shall just play here in the tej.
