Re-Volt is an awesome old racing game [made in like '96 by Acclaim I think]. I can send you the install if you need it, its like 60 MB.

The entire point of this was to find some games that didn't have to install anything

Rome Total War, Homeworld, Homeworld 2, all of the pre-steam HL series, Freelancer, Starcraft, Warcraft, Warcraft 2, probably Warcraft 3, a helluva lot of other games..

Easiest way to do it is to install the game on your compy, crack it (http://www.megagames.com, perfectly legal site), then move/copy the enire folder to a source of removable media (flash stick, AFS acct, CD (works poorly), ZIP drive...) then plug it into your havener compy, find the .exe file, and enjoy!

knights and merchants, most games you can just mount the directory on your work computer from your home computer, and play without even installing it.

Ok, I misspoke. The install is actually just a self-extracting zip masquerading as an exe. But installs nothing.

Should also look at Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy and Wishbringer... also good.

Warning Forever!! Its a very addicting game, little more than half meg in size, and no registry-binding install. Install to a flash drive and you're good to go. And no, this isn't 'just another clone..'
