1. "Now, if everyone was able to sell this game, then I wouldn't have a problem." != "Except that America's Army is not public domain. Welcome to reading my post."
2. Like I said, it's public domain. Maybe you were reading the EULA for the XBOX game...

1. Wow, do you really not understand the connection between those two sentences?
2.

Please contact licensing@americasarmy.com for all requests relating to licensing, republishing, or bundling the America's Army software with publications or other products.
That makes it public domain? I would except a similiar offer from any game maker. I read the actual software license, and it said nothing about it being public domain. Do you even know what public domain means?
Having to ask permission != public domain.
Now, they may give you permission at the drop of the hat, in which case you might have a point, but I am not going to email them to find out.
People do it all the time. All those mapping companies you see out there, the ones that provide aerial photos and stuff... for most of them all they do is take images that the government has compiled and sell it back to the consumer. That's what happens when there is something in the government (pretty much public) domain. Someone gets ahold of it, changes it a bit, and then sells it to make a profit. Welcome to capitalism.

ARE YOU RETARDED?
Geez.. it's in the government domain. Go ahead and send a request to that site, ask them what you're allowed to do. See what they say. If you're too lazy to do that, then quit being a whiny little dick.

Haha, so I am supposed to look for more evidence to argue against a point you have not proved in any way? The army signed an exclusive license with ubi to port it to the 360. That in no way resembles public domain, as you have stated it does.
The point is that ubi might be acting unethically by taking money from taxpayers to use the game, then charging them for the game. It is pretty clear that you do not understand business or law, so maybe you should let the grownups talk.

How?

Yes, considering that's what he's trying to say they're doing. How are they taking money from taxpayers? Other than charging them for the xbox version of the game, I just don't see it.

"by taking money from taxpayers to use the game, then charging them for the game."
According to you, charging them for the game is not taking money from them.

I don't even know how to respond to this. Do you even know what you are typing?
Basically you just said:
