I play on occasion. That game really runs hot and cold with me.

I've been playing a lot of it this week, after having not touched it for 3 months.

I've been playing it quite a bit lately as well. If you guys all want to play together, visit our website and join us. You can either start up a fresh company, or join the "existing" Baker Company (I say "existing" because I've designated it as the BF2 company, but no one plays it yet). Along with Baker or a new BF2 company is the 71st Fighter Wing, 71st Helicopter Division, 7th Engineers, 7th Recon, 7th Field Artillery, and 37th Tank Batallion. So join whatever you want (multiple is fine). Here's the website http://www.geocities.com/us_7th_army

I play the hell out of bf2, with myself, and my 3 roommates. aim me at GregUMR or the same for xfire and I'll probably join in with anyone. I've got something like 200 hours in that game :)

Start sending emails to Brian Buenge to get the UMR server switched from CS to BF2, then we can get some hot lan action on.

Well, I don't know if he'd listen to me anymore but I was on the original board of 3 students that got the cs and css servers up. The problem with hosting a bf2 server is that, well...it wouldn't be ranked. Almost everyone plays ranked, including myself. The only time I"d really enjoy unranked would be at a Lan part or the such. Thats what happens when EA decides to be pricks and only let ranked servers be hosted by their "official partners" that have paid big money to be that way.

On another note, http://www.trackmanianations.com has a new free, i say FREE game that is worth checking out for anyone taht likes to game. I love it, got myself ranked 18th in the US at one point. And this server could easily be hosted by UMR and doesn't really require an admin as the voting options work well. The bandwidth it uses isn't much either. Anyway, Im way off topic. Later.
