It's simple, it's a modchip. They'll be out shortly, but higher quality chips will be coming in Late Febuary. They won't have the same functions as the Xbox 1 chips, only the ability to play backups and friends arcade games.

I just downloaded this free game (I'm sure many of you saw it on slickdeals) called Trackmania Nations. It's an indy car racing game but with ramps and barrell rolls and crap like that.. pretty freakin fun. They're using it for ESWC this year (Electronic Sports World Cup).. it'd be fun to play that too. Check it out on my share in \\tectonic\All Downloads\Games\TmNationsESWC_Setup.exe
I would recommend everybody downloading this game and trying it. It has to be one of the funnest games I've played in a long time, and it's free! My whole suite just played for like an hour or two, pretty addictive.
i hopefully will be able to borrow a friend's warcraft III disk for the weekend, but i do wonder...
do you do eveything over LAN, because i dont think my starcraft will play on battle.net, if you know what i mean. If anybody has warcraft 2 here with them, we should get a game of that going.
Also, would anybody be up for slashing through some Neverwinter Nights? Might be kinda fun to run through with a party of level 20 or 40 characters

Was brought to my attention by a fellow D&D geek that maybe NWN could be a fun thing. Have a fun arena mod that Bioware used to give out that allows you to test character builds against each other. There's also the whole running of the normal campaign (or the two expansions, for that matter). Game's easy to learn, for even the more nubish people out there.
Let me know Jolly if it's something you'd like to try to get going. Would gladly help with it.
