Halo LAN w/ a few 360's in the mix.

I think it's about time that I get one together, so here's what it looks like.


4 Xbox's (confirmed)
2 360's (confirmed)
2 360's (promised)
1 GC w/ net (confirmed)

2 32" HDTV's (confirmed)
1 32" SDTV (confirmed)
1 20" HDTV (confirmed)
1 19" Monitor (confirmed)


Two of the Big Screens have a 5.1 Surround Sound system.

Games most definitely going to happen:

Halo 1 and 2
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (with enough discs;)
Call of Duty 2 (360 version or B.R.1)
Madden '06
Project Gotham Racing 3
Dead or Alive 4
Perfect Dark Zero
Super Smash Brothers

If another GC can show up we can get Mario Double Dash and a bigger game of Super Smash Brothers. These systems/TV's are either mine or Out-of-Town friends. I havn't talked to anyone else in Rolla yet.

I'd love to see a couple more 360's show up. we're probably good for Xbox's except for maybe controllers.

I'll be posting better directions tonight, but it's just behind AEPi and Kappa Sigma in the A-frame apartments. If it's warm it's a easy walk from Res College or a couple minute drive from any of the dorms.

Next time give a little more warning...Kinda have a different Lan party going on all this weekend. If you give more warning next time I'm sure I could probably pull some more things together and I'd be there for it. Doubt it now...

Yeah, I'll bring my 360. I'll need a VGA hookup, though, if that's alright. By the way, can we throw PD0 into the mix. Been itching for a big game of Onslaught, 'cause I royally suck at Halo 2 and DOA4 (even though I have the arcade stick).

EDIT: Oh, and fuck, we have to have a huge Geometry Wars contest of some sort.

I have to work until 5:30...and my only incentive is Halo 1, so if that's not played until after 5:30...I'm game.

My 2nd 360 won't be here until 6:30 since my friend has to work.

I have the VGA adapter, so it's not a problem to hook it to my 21" TV, it's a widescreen so kudo's I guess. I need to play Geo Wars a bit more tonight I guess... I've been playing Bejeweled and Outpost Kalori to much when it comes to arcade games.

We can hook LostBoyz to one of the 32" HD screens, and my friends on either the 32" SD or his 19" monitor.

I'm up for some PD0, but I've been playing with alot of the COD2 circles so my skills will be honed more towards a CS game than a heavily armored game like PD0. If COD2 offered more then 1 player per box in LAN games I'd be alot happier.

I'm looking forward to some Halo action myself. COD2 has made me a little soft in my H2 skills and H2 has made it hard to get any practice into H1. So I'm up to brushing both up some.

i have 2 wireless 360 controllers and 4-5 s type controllers that i can acquire, i will just bring everything and leave them in the car unless we need them
