I've run a colocated dedicated BF2 server towards the end of the year last year.
I'm guessing you'd run this on your own connection in your dorm...so I say, don't do BF2.
A full server (64 player) WILL consume AT LEAST 2.5Mbit/s sustained and almost maxed out my 2400+ mobile OCd to 2.166GHz. You may have the ponies, but to keep an interesting server, you won't have the bandwidth. The most I've done with BF2 was having 20+ peeps playing for 2hrs a day...4 days a week. It netted me 90GB in one month. What's the cap these days?
