I'm just curious as to which of these three games people are looking forward to the most. I'm wanting all three, but don't have any of the hardware required :(

FFXII has already been released in Japan (I think). XI-2 may be their next project, but I'm not sure.

Personally, XI made me kind of mad. I was waiting for the next game after FFX, then when I saw XI and found out it was an MMO, I hated that. With my blazing fast 28.8K connection at home, MMOs are out of the question. Instead of a good Final Fantasy game, we non-MMO players got X-2.... that sucked. I guess I just don't like to see Squaresoft focus their attention on a specific portion of the market, closing off those Final Fantasy games to people without good internet connections.

I can see why massively multiplayer games make sense for companies since they get to collect a monthly fee and don't really have to worry about pirating. As a consumer I have no interest though. Maybe I'm just jaded, but I have no desire to play a game that is dominated by 12 year olds who ruin the "spirit" of the game.

Yeah, I understand why companies love MMO's, but it's frustrating that a franchise as popular and with such a huge fanbase as Final Fantasy would focus on one part of that fanbase, rather than release something for everyone to play. They released X-2, but it blew hardcore.

Yeah... Oblivion wins...

I think the Final Fantasy fans are all too busy playing XI to post... and I have no idea where the Kingdom Hearts fans are.

Someone posted the 1998 and 2001 trailers for Duke Nukem Forever. They were pretty awesome...haha. Ya that game will definetly rock. 2012ish perhaps.
