Recently I took appart and put back together my PS2. When I put it back together I accedently poked a hole thru the ribbon running to the reset/eject buttons. Now my reset button dosent work, but my eject does. Does anyone know where to get a new one, or have a broken PS2 that I could buy for cheap?

I gave someone two playstation 2's at the beginning of school year...I am pretty sure they are junk, so maybe i can track him down and get one from him. Otherwise...it may be fixable... or i might have one at home.

I tore into it and the cable is just plugs into the board and the switches. So its an easy fix I just need the part.

Wire wouldnt work. Its a ribbon that has like 6 "wires" running thru it.

Plenty are available on eBay for <$5 shipped. I searched 'PS2 ribbon'.
