Maybe you shouldn't have made how many PS3's you had where everyone could see them. They know you can only sell one (and of course want to sell most of the rest). In any case, what was he doing on eBay if he couldn't buy any anyway? Waiting for suckers like you to gush that you have so many?

Anyway, how were you planning to sell your extras after using your one eBay auction?

Also, who is paying shipping to the UK, if you decide to do this? It can be expensive, especially for something of that weight that also needs to be insured.

Sorry if this sounds pesimistic; money makes me worry :)

Wouldn't having an American PS3 (i.e. Bluray zone A) pose problems for someone in the UK (Bluray zone B)?

The limit of one PS3 is for Pre-orders not In-Hand orders. I can sell as many as I want.

WTF! I called St. Roberts Walmart around noon and they said that they were only getting like 5 and that there were 10 people in line or something like that.

Noon when? Wednesday or Thursday?

The 26th person in line showed up around 3pm Thursday.

They got 16 Premiums and 10 Cores. To get a Premium you had to show up before midnight Wednesday night and wait 24 hours.


They purposefully told everyone 10 units, they also had Walmart employees trying to tell us there was only 24 units at 10pm not 26 but after I kept asking questions about why they were doing it they said they found them in the back fallen off the cart. Which was funny since the PS3's come in box's of 2 units it was a 600 and 500 version missing.

Yeah, I called Rolla walmart at 9pm last night to see if they were getting 26 too and they said only 12. They also gave me some crap saying that there was already over 200 people in line and that they were all waiting for the first 12 to back out of buying it. I was originally 13th in line in Rolla but moved to St Roberts to become 3rd (the first 5 of us all came from Rolla Walmart)

Yeah, so don't beleave what you hear. Ask to speak to your friend in line # whatever and just ask. It's what I did for other walmarts.

I was at Wal-Mart last night around 7 to get a few things and walked by the electronics department. I didn't see a single person in line, where they making them wait somewhere else?

Yeah, they made the Rolla PS3 guys stay in the Greenhouse or Sleep outside in the garden section. I heard they were freezing their asses off!

In St Roberts they put us in the greenhouse and turned on the greenhouse heaters. They also set up some TV's and chairs and had a couple Xbox 360's set up with several games. Most of the time I spent there was playing Gears of War Multiplayer with the other guys in line.

Ohh, and they just gave us a number on our hand and we could go anywhere in the store as long as we didn't leave. So the only time we really lined up was to get the ticket stub and when we were buying the PS3's.

You have to be smart man!

I sold mine when no one else would... I put mine up for auction 3 days in advance using the pre-order rules and had it end after the damn thing launched. Because i knew that anyone who put it up after auction would have to wait 1 day.

When i sold it I only had 20 other auctions around me. 10 in the 2 hours before me and 10 after mine. I sold mine in a sellers market, not a buyers market. Right now there are around 5-10 ending every minute, not 5 every hour.

They're going to sell worth crap until all the ebay scammers get off, then it'll go back up to around 1900-2300 again. That's why you wont see the rest up for auction for a while.,

They're going for around 1000-1200 right now. They'll drop lower tonight. If anyone wants to jump on this, start buying low and selling high. Ebay has a option to sell items you already bought, so you don't even have to do anything but pay money. These will sell for around 500 more later easy. If you don't have to beleave me, just reliaze that I'm putting all my $$$ on this. Hell, let the 360 ebay experience act as proof enough.
