The Wii has consistently rocked my ass off the past couple of days. I don't own one, but a good friend of mine does and I've played a solid 8-10 hours. Wii sports is one of the funnest multiplayer experiences I've been apart of, and Zelda is the most epic and well designed games I've ever played. The Wii is not just a gimmick. I can't see myself playing any other console as long as the Wii is current-gen.

Don't mean to rock ur post, I agree 100% with everything. It's alot funner then people make it out to be.

If anyone is looking for a Wii I bought 2 on launch. I got 1 at Walmart and the other through Amazon.com which wasn't supposed to be here until Friday so I waited in line at Walmart. Well I got the Amazon one in today. If anyone wants a Wii, I'll sell them my extra one AT COST!!! Just pay for the unit and tax and it's yours.

Again, if anyone wants a Wii. I have one to sell at cost.

Have you tried Red Steel out yet? I'm interested in seeing how that looks.

If you're curious about what's inside...

... it's the first thing you'll do when you open the box, right? =)

Wii specs:

The first thing I thought upon seeing the controller was "affordable IMU".

it's a pretty awesome system

the controls are a bit bizarre at first, but you get used to them pretty quick

Yeah, after playing with it for 2 days it feels really natural.

I can't wait to see Super Smash Brothers Brawl on this. It'll have so many characters that it's going to be crazy!

I hate you guys, you make me want one now. I was resisting buying one justifying it by saying the graphics are poor (comparatively to the other systems). Now my worst fears are realized, I'm gonna have to fork over some cash.

For the love of god, don't get red steel, lol. That'll ruin your perception of the system. ZELDA is the must-buy, followed my monkey ball IMO.

I sold my extra one for $259. Sorry guys, first come, first serve.

What about COD3? I've played it on the 360 but I'm wondering if it's worth playing on the Wii for fun?

From what I've heard COD3 sucks on the Wii. I'd wait til people start renting Wii games and rent COD3. That way if it's enough to get it, you're not ouch much, and if it's not enough extra to get it, you're saving a ton of $$$.

I've played Wii Sports so hard, my arm is in pain. I think I might be getting a muscle.

A while back bestbuy had a glitch on their online website that allowed you to buy Gamefly 2 month trials for 2 bucks. So i bought a years worth and didn't eat for a day:)

I activated one of them to get Red Steel and COD3 mostly because I didnt know what games to try. I'll just swap it out if it sucks. Like I said it only costed me a couple bucks.

We need a Seek game rental service or something. Everybody throws all their games in a pool and people can rent whatever they want.
