Okay, so my fiancee told me what she wants to get me for my graduation/birthday present. She said she'd either get me an Xbox 360 Premium system or this LCD TV deal:

I already have a Wii and I plan on building a new PC in the next couple of months. Are there really a whole lot of killer apps on 360 to keep me interested? The only ones I know about right now are Gears, both GRAWs, maybe Guitar Hero 2, and of course Halo 3 later...

It all depends on the quality of your current TV.

Well right now I just have this 25" old CRT that we would take with us to my new house. Not that great.

Television. You're graduating, that means money will come for the 360 at a later time.

Yeah I decided on TV. If I get a 360 I'll just end up spending more and more money on games for that console, which isn't what I want to do since I already have my Wii and PC.
