I played some more GH:WT with a full band, and I think everyone came to the conclusion.. that GH continues the more difficult (barely) streak that makes it for the "more hardcore" RB2 gives a much better and more fun playing experience. Here's my major gripes and likes about GH:WT

+ Can skip songs in a set
- where are my meters? The band meter, my streak counter are all really hard to find
- who has star power? This took a while to figure out that there isn't individual star power anymore. Which makes me ask, why call it star power still? shouldn't it be Band power or something more intuitive. to give ppl and inclination that not everything is the same as it once was
- sorting options. RB2 has a plethora of sorting options and it makes it really easy to find songs you want to play. GH:WT has by song and artist i think, and that's it. And difficulty isn't show, which when coupled w/ no "saves" makes it really annoying

There's a few more that I'll try and add when I remember them, but I would say that the major gripe I have with GH:WT is that it is cluttered. I feel almost claustrophobic when navigating the maze of artwork around the menus. Rock Band is amazingly simple and easy to navigate, which is a huge design trend currently. GH:WT feels like it's still trying to be "Xtreme"

I thought the meters were pretty easy to find/see. I haven't played it with a band to notice the second complaint. And I completely agree with the third.

I do wish GH:WT had the rockband song selection page.

Try playing w/ a band and the meter shrinks up into the corner and is pretty hard to see if you playing anywhere other than the left guitar/bass
