yea it originally worked on preorders. But they fixed it so it no longer does. They have yet to make a statement that is the orders already made including preorders will be fulfilled.

I pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 and picked up a regular game half price. It's paid for so that means they've honored it as far as I know. I thought the point of this sale was to get you to pre-order from Best Buy and maybe snag another game for a discount along the way.
