I was just wandering, do we still have a server on the UMR server for Ragnarok?

I (and at least one more) was wanting to start playing again, and we needed all the files for install again.

If anyone could help, it would be most appreciated.

I played for a short while but haven't found anyone that I know who was interested... I might join in if something gets started

btw I've got the installer (from about 4 months ago on a CD if you want it)

I was gonna concentrate on the DAoC server... BUT since they don't have a server capable of using the newest version of DAoC, I am inclided to start back up the UMR RO server...

It will prolly be up next week btw if you are interested. Biggest reason is i just got a dedicated server for it and well... i need to set it up n whatnot.

btw... setting up the server would go a whole lot fast IF someone would donate a cd-rom for like... 2 hours...

and that is the address of the website for the RO server I had up... it is up kinda right now...there are problems but since i'm setting up again up here... no worries... i will continue using that site as the site for the server... that address won't change

the RO server will be up tonight, but won't won't be playable till i update the xml file among other things

ok so it won't be up due to the bandwidth cap... as it will take many an hour to update windows...

Out of curiosity, which server are you going to run? I vote for a pure aegis server this time :)

It's only one patch behind, and it catches up too. US updates, a month or so later after testing, the European servers update. Not as big a deal as you're making.

i would love to run a pure aegis server... PROBLEM... development has almost stopped on it...takes 20 minutes to start after crash... burns up more resources... and well... i never could get the damn thing to work right... SO i will prolly just run eathena again due to ease of use... btw... i will prolly just take care of database issues, hardware etc... i doubt i will do much in game support... SOOOO i'll prolly ask destiny to take over ingame stuff...just cause well.. i won't have time to do support while maintaining all the servers
