SUB concert

Anyone going to the SUB concert on the 10th? It's two St. Louis bands. Copperview and 360 Smile. They both have MySpace sites to check them out. I was skeptical, but these guys are really good! I'm excited. Plus, tickets are just $2 in advance!

$2 for good music at the Miner Rec Center right out my door? Sounds good to me!

The show last night kicked ass, and was probably the best thing I've ever done in Rolla. If anyone in SUB reads this, you all should totally do that again sometime.

And try to get Copperview back O:-)

We were pretty proud of it. Copperview most definitely rocked out. BAMF and 360 Smile did excellent jobs too. Our next concert will be the St. Pat's concert this spring. Planning is under way. Thanks for showing man

Are you guys going after a major band this year again?

We don't have contracts as of yet and cannot tell who all we're looking at, but yes, no matter what, St. Pats will be kickin. You won't wanna miss it. As soon as we know, the advertising will begin.

Were any of those bands the one that did "Party Like A Rock Star?" A group of blinged-out people came to the skating rink last night trying to eke out a discount from us because they needed to get back on the road after half an hour of skating. They said they were the ones who did that song and made us play music from their CD over the speakers while they were there.

No, not these bands. Maybe a cover? 360 Smile has an awesome song titled Rockstar though. The lyrics are similar (but better i my book).

"I wanna be a rockstar. Big house and fine cars. I want you to want me, Like movie and pornstars."

They did an excellent job at the show with that song. Excellent indeed
