Hmm...computer speakers relate to computers so I shall ask this here....
So to make a long story short...I was near here and....I got caught up and kicked and it hit my computer, which knocked my speakers flying...and...now ...they sorta wont respond to me...and I wondered if anyone knew what I should try.
I'm not saying they're shot b/c I dont think they are...I just...dont know what to do ...

I'm more interested in this first part of the story and what you were doing. And it could be a million and one reasons they aren't working, like fluids getting in them. *cough* So without someone looking at it first hand it's tough to say.
Ok, so your speakers fell and put strain on the wires. You have a loose wire. Put it back. The worse that can happen is that you would have to resolder the wire to the speaker on the inside of the cabinet. This is the easiest thing in the world to fix and you just might feel smart afterwards.

Do what???? Ok, see I know ..yeah, very little about that. I've been toying with the wires all day...still...nothing. Maybe I'm just not made to fix them or something...*shrug*
But I am cheap and I do like these speakers and I don't really want to buy new ones...
hmm...well wssy87, I wouldnt want you to do it free of charge though... I mean, with me and knowing how my speakers are evil, I'd still pay ya... but I am going to be in rolla soon and to be honest, I have a better chance of running into you before I'd see bagvfw...

Well, gamer girl, if you are in Rolla, then stop by TJ room 253 (south tower) and you'll either find me or my roomate. But, to be honest, if i'm not in my room i'm either in class or at a friend's room (259 or 260). I don't mind looking at them free... it's fixing it that'd be the costy (well maybe not so much) thing...

Get this: First, she thought her speakers were launched. Then she thought it was a driver problem. Then we opened her Windows Volume Control mixboard and--you'll laugh at this--one of the sliders was down. Yeah.
Sorry, I had to say it! And it's bagvwf, get it right girlie.
