CSPAN will be rebroadcasting the debates at 5:30 a.m. (I think Central Time, but don't hold me to that). Eventually, you will be able to watch the entire debate from their website, but I don't know when that will be up. I assume it will be relatively soon, though.
All of the major networks' websites have the transcript I believe. You can stream from CNN.com if you are a subscriber to RealOne or CNN.com. You can stream from the FoxNews website for free. I haven't found more than clips anywhere else.

Just the typical video-enhanced drinking game.
Every time someone says "taxes" or "marriage" or something like that, take a drink. Just pick keywords or a phrase and take a drink every time someone says it. If you're a real masochist, pick "president" or "opponent."
And if you want to have extra fun, take five drinks whenever Dubya says something stupid like "Strategery."

On one random Saturday afternoon over the summer, myself and a few guys in my house decided to do "Drinking and Dorking." We'd planned on watching the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy as a drinking game. Sadly, we only made it through the first two movies... We did the third on Sunday though. We had so many keywords and events that we had to drink on that at some parts of the movies we were basically just chugging.
