So much for thinking that it was an easy A.

He said that he put chunks of the tests on the board when he lectured, so if your showed up and took good notes, you would do well.

It will not be open book or notes. It will mostly be short answer and problems, not the usual true/false and multiple choice stuff.

Did anyone take good notes the whole way through? If so, I'm sure somebody could hook you up with a scanner and share with us. I think it's cheap that he's pulling this crap on us out of the blue.

He didn't really say much about the tests today...

We did, however, go over a few questions and ended up getting +8 points for everyone. Something to do with the wrong key the grader had or visa versa...

Is he still using the book that the rest of the econ department wrote? Last semester was his first time using it, and the book sucked. He hated it and said a lot of it was wrong. I wonder if the econ department forced him into using it this semester so they could get their $$$ from book sales, or if he's back to the previous one

I'm guessing you probably got a 33/50 and then +8 that went to everyone.
