Are you saying the integral of (x divided by dx)?
If so, that is a completely weird integral indeed. Thinking of the definition of integral itself... is that even a valid integral? My guess would be no.
edit: I really wonder where you happened upon such an integral. Is this in your homework? Was that the original problem?

Yeah, after simplifying a bunch of stuff it came out to a bunch of constants times x over dx, i ran into it in a thermo problem. I didnt thought i made a mistake in the derivation, but i didn't. i tried using mathcad but i wasn't able to put it in.

that's what I thought. seems like no matter what u is the du still ends up on bottom. geometrically a summed up x/dx makes absolutely no sense, but who knows

obviously... if you are suppose to solve this problem for homework there are two conclusions to this...
1. You have to find a way to integrate that
2. You fucked up somewhere so that you got that
