I had him for Linear Systems II (don't remember the number). You'll either find him decent or hate him. He kind of pedantically teaches from slides, which doesn't lend that well to proper teaching. On the other hand if you go to him for help at his office he'll spend a lot of time in order to help you. Personally I'd rather learn in the class than need to go to him afterward for useful information, but that class (linear 2) was quite easy, so it didn't really matter.
