Anyone know of a class that covers this topic?

I'm a NucE looking for a broad view on the subject.

The intro power class goes over a lot of it, but is mostly geared towards 3 phase power production and system balancing. All of the higher EE courses in power require that class, to my knowledge anyway.

I know it's random, but there were some CS professors that were doing research in to making the power grid smarter.. Not sure if they'd have any good information or if they're still doing the research. I think Tauritz was one doing the research...
