You go sit and watch the class, but get no grade for it.

Some teachers will not mind if you decide not to show up, but some will and will drop you.

You keep the same hours, just don't get a grade for that class. Not sure if it counts against your GPA

i don't belive it counts against your GPA, becuase thats the idea of Hearer status. If you're failing the class, but have already paid for it, you can finish the class, and then when you retake it, you have a really good file for the course, and *theoretically* can pass the course easily since you've taken it before. And that's the grade that goes on your GPA.

might be a couple classes I drop down in, Ive been sick last couple weeks and just recently got diagonsed with strep throat, so the classes im sucking in will only get worse
