I don't know asp scripting so I couldn't change some of the send format and have it sent to a server based thing, so just click send on the email message it has pop up at the end, if you would. We're just trying to add in some survey data for our report.

If you go here: http://web.umr.edu/~survey/ you can make a survey that will do all the scripting stuff for you so people dont have to email you the information.
