It is off. I think TJ's slanted in such a way that it still closes the door automatically.

My door did that in Room 410 my freshman year. It was weird; the door thing was off but it always wanted to close anyways.

yeah, I've been in 616, 611, and 614 (all on S side) and the doors tend to open after the hinge is taken off
