Saw a fire truck and two police cars outside Rayl around noon today but it doesn't look like much happened. Anyone know what happened?

Sonic boom over the experimental mine caused a secondary explosion with improperly stored explosives which created a seismic wave which caused the sewer to back up and sewer gas filled Rayl.

Just a guess.

To the best of my knowledge, it was taco friday yesterday. My guess would be that someone created a taco that was so spicy that it caught their mouth on fire. In an attempt to extinguish the flaming food, another poor sould decided it would be wise to try the same taco. Soon thereafter, another person ate the same taco as a bet. He was later seen putting $10 into his pocket while his mouth was bursting with flames.

911 was dialed as a prank, and had nothing to do with the fires at all.
