Thats what I want a $20 scientific model that is solar and has a NICE BRIGHT display

Casio has several models out that fit this bill

I'm a EE grad student and I've had an 89 since my first day as an undergrad. I didn't use its extra features very often at first but I definitely used them more later. I would keep it if I were you.

It was a must if you want to finish the 300 level Stat class homework in less than a week. Or maybe I was just lazy.
