Does anyone else think the tennis courts at multi-useless are the worst they've ever seen, and a huge insurance liability? Or is it just me.

They are absolutely horrible. I never play at them anymore after I found out about the courts at the park. The UMR courts are literally like painted parking lots with nets.

The Rolla High School tennis team plays on some nice courts...can't remember where they're at though.

They're at Ber Juan park. That's where I like to play, and those are far superior to those crappy courts the school has.

Yea, I agree. I thought it was my super-excellent kick serve that made the craters, but no. It was just the crappy surfacing UMR tries to pass off as a court.

The tennis courts at Ber Juan park were resurfaced within the last couple years. You do have to play morning or early afternoon, late evening. Otherwise a bunch of highschool girls are practicing. The courts are near 12th and Holloway, next to the Centre.

yeah, trying to represent your school with less than adequate accomodations was very embarassing. especially when they sink endless dollars into other teams that NEVER win.

after playing for 3 years and waiting for my senior year, UMR finally snipped the team along with golf.

it was fun at least while i had the chance to play.
