for instance, i'm not on there.

anybody else having this problem? i don't think it's due to the fact that i'm off campus... but maybe i've just been oblivious for a long time.

yeah... i really wondered about it though, but less than half of the students i know are on the directory.

I wasn't on there for most of last year, they finally added me though.

Right now there are several people that I know that aren't on there either.

I check it frequently and it goes down fairly often. What happened I believe was that the student part went down and the only people you saw on there you knew were those who also had a campus job like student research assistant or whatever.

Ya, I am not on there nor many of my friends. There are still some people on it though, mostly people in the dorms I noticed. I wonder if it may have something to do with where you are currently living.

when they switched to peoplesoft, you had to go through and read a ton of shit and check a ton of boxes saying you agree. one of those was something like "do not release my information publicly". some (most?) people just checked it without realizing it.

go to joess, then Personal Portfolio->Tasks->FERPA/Directory Restrictions. then uncheck that box.

I think it just hates you. It's a conspiracy.
