Rule:
The Missouri Miner is holding a MS Paint art contest. Submit your best artwork made entirely in MS Paint to missouri.miner@gmail.com. One drawing will be picked each week and will be featured in the Comics section of the paper. That is your prize. Artwork will be judged by a panel of albino midgets who all hold fake art degrees from the University of Spray Can. All lewd and inappropriate drawings will be found humorous but will be ineligible for print.
