I'm looking for a way to capture video from my screen and put it in a small file.
The final goal is to take clips of 5-15 seconds from movies and put them into a powerpoint presentation. If you have an idea of how to get both the audio and video and have them in their own seperate file, thats a life saver.

Seriously, even a link to an application that will do this will be helpful.

...oh, and I'm on a mac. (that guy says that macs are great for video editing, but I dont see why, I can't find anyway to cut 15 seconds out of a movie)
