I have been having problems with my hauppauge mce 500. I am currently using beyond tv and it works fine for watching/recording. If I try to run something on the av ports I can't get beyond tv to switch to it. Is there a better program to run to do this? I would rather just dual install windows MCE but every time I install that it hangs at the windows screen with the scrolling blue bar. Any ideas?

I'm assuming you're running XP Pro...there's a way to install just the "Media Center" part of MCE...
