My vote is for partition magic, but you can also do it within windows through disk management, right click on my computer and go to manage, then select disk management, you can't resize them but you can create and delete them

in linux,
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda (for hard drive=first ide)
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda (for sata or scsi)

Thanks guys. I about crapped when I deleted all of my partitions, and my drive wouldn't show up, but I started playing with the manage option and figured it out....
