I have a room to rent in a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath down Vichy. It's not very far from campus, there's plenty of parking and a HUGE garage/basement. It also has a yard and back deck. The living areas are already furnished, you just have to have your own bedroom stuff. The lease ends in May, so if you just need something for a semester it would be great. Rent is $225 a month + utilities. No pets, no smoking inside.
